Mr. Gregory Llinas is the founder of GL-Solutions, an SBA Certified small business 8(a) and a Virginia SWaM certified minority-owned small business, specializing in management, financial and information technology consulting firm supporting federal, state, and local governments as well as government contracting firms in the areas of accounting, financial management, program and project planning and control.
Mr. Llinas has more than 31 years of experience in Federal Government Contracting, has managed over half a dozen organizations at the executive level, including Business Development, Operations Management, and Executive Leadership.
