TUSCON, AZ -- There's new hope for those who survive coronavirus. Two new reports show they're likely not to get sick again for several months.
A study from the University of Arizona found immunity can last at least five to seven months. Another study out of Massachusetts General Hospital found severely ill patients produced antibodies for four months.
Researchers say protection may last even longer with a vaccine, though it may require more than one shot.
