Recently I had the opportunity to speak with Coach Andrew Douglas and Max Lum from Old Glory DC Rugby. They had just come off of a 21-13 win on the road and were preparing for a rematch against Rugby United New York. The game was coming up on Memorial Day Weekend and was their first game at Serga Field with Covid restrictions lifted.
Unfortunately the game ended in a loss for Old Glory DC. However they could not be more motivated to gear up for their final six games of the season. This Sunday they'll be headed to Weymouth, MA for a match against The New England Free Jacks.
Next week on Saturday June 12th, Old Glory DC welcomes NOLA Gold to Segra Field. The team will also be celebrating it's Pasifika Pride with limited edition merch items, performers, and more!
