(Washington, DC) -- House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is throwing shade at Wyoming's Liz Cheney, the third-ranking Republican in the House. There are growing calls in the GOP conference to remove Cheney from her leadership post. McCarthy told Fox & Friends there are concerns about Cheney's "ability to carry out" her leadership role. Cheney has been very critical of former President Trump and voted to support his impeachment earlier this year. Cheney is the daughter of former Republican Vice President Dick Cheney.
