(Washington, DC) -- The New York Mets opening night game in Washington D.C. is being postponed as their opponent is dealing with several positive coronavirus test results. Reports began to circulate last night that upwards of five members of the Washington Nationals organization had tested positive. During the shortened season last year, a single postponement often led to several rescheduled games. The Mets' Jacob DeGrom and Nats' Max Scherzer were scheduled to oppose each other in a matchup of aces on national TV this evening.
