A couple visiting Loch Ness has been credited with the first official 'monster' sighting of the year by way of their remarkably detailed account of a curious creature they spotted at the famed Scottish site. The unnamed pair from London reportedly made the mystifying observation, which came to light over the weekend, during a trip to the popular tourist destination on March 22nd. At around seven in the evening, they were at the shore of Loch Ness when they heard "a very quiet splash sound." Turning their attention to the location of the odd noise, they were stunned to see something "large and alive and swimming in the water" approximately 150 away from the astounded witnesses.
