WATCH: Taylor Swift Jabs Back At NFL Critics In 'New Heights' Teaser

Pop superstar Taylor Swift jabbed back at critics of the coverage she's received during games NFL games during a first look at her New Heights podcast appearance alongside her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, retired former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, hours before its release on Wednesday (August 13).

"As we all know, you guys have a lot of male sports fans that listen to your podcast and I think we all know that if there's one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens, it's more of me."

The clip also showed Jason yelling out Taylor's lengthy list of accolades before she thanks the brothers for having her on "my favorite podcast."

"Thank you for screaming for like 47 seconds for me, that was so nice," Swift said.

Swift was officially announced as New Heights' mystery guest Monday (August 12) night in a clip where she excitedly says, "We're about to do a f**king podcast," to Travis.

The singer also officially announced her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, in a clip teasing the episode.

"This is my brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl," Swift said while revealing a blurred out image to Jason during a clip from the upcoming interview shared on New Heights' social media accounts early Tuesday (August 12) morning.

New Heights previously shared a graphic teasing its next episode set to be released on Wednesday, which featured a silhouette resembling Swift, as well as an orange background, which fans have connected to potential upcoming music. Several Instagram users also acknowledged that Travis appeared to be sitting next to the mystery guest while Jason was wearing a Taylor Swift shirt in the graphic.

"Episode on the 13th, Jason’s eras shirt, same orange background as Taylor Nation’s post…..," one fan wrote in response to the New Heights Instagram post.

Kelce famously revealed that he attempted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number when he attended her concert at Arrowhead Stadium prior to their relationship in 2023.

Swift later said that Kelce "very adorably put me on blast" when he acknowledged the situation on his podcast, which she said "was metal as hell" while being featured as Time Magazine's 'Person of the Year' in December 2023. Kelce, who mulled retirement this past offseason, will return for his 13th NFL season months removed from the Chiefs falling short of what would've been the first Super Bowl three-peat in NFL history, having won three of the last five.
