The Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 18-year-old woman who was last seen over a week ago.
Detectives say Tayra Vickenna Benfica was last seen at around 10:45 pm on Saturday, January 22nd at her residence on the 12100 block of Triple Crown Road in North Potomac.
She is approximately 5'2" and weighs approximately 100 lbs with brown eyes and medium-length black hair. The last time she was seen, Tayra was wearing a salmon-colored fleece hooded sweatshirt, camouflage leggings, tan Ugg boots, a blue backpack and a tan baseball cap.
