Here's What the New Outfield at Oriole Park at Camden Yards Will Look Like

The Baltimore Orioles announced this week that some changes are being made to the orientation of the outfield walls in order to create a "fairer" ballpark for pitchers and hitters. In particular, the changes will affect the left field wall being moved back and heightened.

On Friday, construction was started at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. And now an artist's rendering, showing what the completed work will look like, has been shared.

The wall is being moved back some 30 feet, and will be an additional 6 feet or so higher with the changes. The move of the wall also creates a sort of alley, much like left field at PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

What do you think about the changes? Do they take away some of the character of the stadium?
