A 63-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly hit another man on the top of the head with a can of crab meat in Annapolis.
Annapolis police say at around 10:25 AM on December 29th, they were approached by a man in the 1100 block of Hilltop Ln while on patrol. The man told officers that he had just been assaulted.
He told them the assailant was someone he knew and that they had gotten into an altercation that resulted him being hit on the top of the head with the can of crab meat, causing a laceration.
The 63-year-old Annapolis man, who was still at the scene, was placed under arrest. The victim was treated for his injury on the scene.
