I-95 Northbound was shut down for approximately 20 minutes on Friday after a bizarre incident took place near Garrisonville in Stafford County, Virginia.
Stafford County Deputies responded to a call regarding a single-vehicle crash near mile marker 141 on Friday morning. They say a white SUV was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed and left the roadway at a construction site and overturned.
After the crash, the driver reportedly walked onto the lanes of traffic and began to strip off all of his clothes. By the time responding deputies arrived at the scene, they say he was completely naked.
The man peacefully surrendered to the police and was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation. The report says that the man did not suffer any major injuries.
95 was closed for around 20 minutes before being reopened.
