(Washington, DC) -- Authorities are on the scene of a shooting in Northwest Washington, D.C. near S Street & 14th Street. Police say two men were hurt in the shooting, but are conscious and breathing. One shot in the arm and one in the chest, reportedly. WUSA-9 reports a source saying the shooting appeared to be targeted and not random. Police are reportedly on the lookout for a black man wearing a lime green and yellow hooded sweater. He may be in a black Honda Civic that was heading toward S Street following the shooting. No arrests have been made.
14th & R Street NW is closed as of 9:13 p.m. for investigation.
