BALTIMORE, MD -- A new app seeks to match potential candidates with hiring managers using a sophisticated personality matchmaking algorithm that may have a significant impact on how companies recruit.
The Baltimore based technology startup says one of the biggest costs to an organization is employee turnover, which can often occur when the employee is not properly suited to the culture of a company.
The theory that matching a candidate based on personality traits can have an impact on their success and longevity is what Traitify is aiming to prove with their program. However, a typical personality assessment can be cumbersome and time consuming. Using the Traitify assessment, candidates simply speed through a series of photos, similar to an online dating app, to determine key personality traits that indicate top performers within a given industry.
