WASHINGTON, DC -- America's small business owners are feeling better about the future. The small business index for June rose more than six points as eight of the ten components improved.
Business owners continue to be optimistic about future conditions and indicate they expect the recession to be short-lived. Job creation plans are up and more owners believe now is a good time to expand.
