Los Angeles Int'l Airport Tests Thermal Screening Cameras To Detect COVID-19

WASHINGTON, DC -- The airline industry is rolling out new "fly smart" procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

All eight major carriers including American, Delta, Southwest and United Airlines will require passengers to fill out a simple health evaluation during check-in.

Travelers must also agree to wear a face covering at the airport, while boarding and during the entire flight. Anyone who doesn't comply may be denied service and deemed unfit to travel.
