FAIRFAX, VA — While many museums remain closed under the coronavirus guidelines issued to slow the spread of COVID-19, a local science center is gearing up for their summer camps.
The Children’s Science Center in Fair Oaks, Virginia may continue to keep their doors closed until Virginia’s governor takes steps to re-open the state, but the center’s executive director, Nene Spivy, says they are working to accommodate a virtual summer camp for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) learning.
