NEW ORLEANS, LA -- Elizabeth Tilton founded Oyster Sunday, a company to help restaurants handle their operations, so that they could do what they loved, feeding people both with food and service. With the social distancing measures under COVID-19, that second ingredient has been a real challenge to deliver on, but she says the industry is using the disruption as an opportunity.
