WASHINGTON, DC -- Rather than cancel, like so many organizations under the pandemic, one healthcare advocacy group is taking their message online, for a series of digital townhall meetings.
Health Care Voter’s Our Lives On The Line Digital Town Hall Series is a national conversation focusing on how the coronavirus pandemic has exacerbated the weaknesses in our health care system, and provides a platform to discuss actions that Congress and the Trump administration should take.
This digital town hall series consists of two national and eight state-focused Facebook live town halls. These meetings will feature members of Congress, governors, local elected officials, advocates, and the medical professionals who are putting their lives on the line to fight the pandemic.
