WASHINGTON, DC -- When it comes to maintaining your team's efficiency, working from home under the coronavirus pandemic has it's share of challenges. But team efficiency expert Ed Ruggero has a few tips that could help your team weather the storm, and possibly come out of the crisis stronger for it.
“One of the things that’s important to recognize is that leadership is not about your position or authority, it’s really about influence, especially if you are a professional person on a team, you may not nominally be in charge of the team, but you have an influence because people watch you, they take your example to heart, so if you’re not quite ready to don you ‘keep calm and carry on’ t-shirt you should certainly adopt that attitude,” Ruggero tells 104.7 WONK FM's Jen Richer.
